Your list is hashed (SHA-256) before the draw. Share that hash so nobody can say you edited the list afterwards.
Draw
The seed is derived from the hash, the timestamp, and the winner count. Winners are chosen deterministically, no randomness black box.
Verify
A public page publishes the seed and winner positions. Anyone with the original list can paste it and confirm the names.
